This creme has provided me with significant relief while playing golf. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and prior to using the creme I would need to ice my knees for at least an hour to continue with the rest of my day. The pain in my knees is still there but much, much less.

I brought this for a member of my family that has autism. Works great, calms them down. No need for mediation.
