Wow. This is my first experience of any sort with this type of product. It has been amazing at reducing my anxiety and helping me sleep. I had been dosing heavily with the melatonin, with this I haven't needed it and I am a lot less groggy in the morning. I can't say I love the flavor of the oil but it helps me be mindful of how much I take. I put it under my tongue and then after a minute or so drink some water and that way I can't taste it. The time I accidentally took 1 1/2 doses was also pretty unforgettable. Let's just say that I believe I'll be loosening up a lot more in my 40's. It's never too late! This is the real deal. I placed an order for 2 more bottles and threw in some edibles, though I was worried that the gummies would make it too easy to overdo it so we will see.
