Excellent…my mother has advanced Dementia…she gets very violent at times. We (hospice and caregivers) give her a dose when or before the violent behavior becomes a real safety concern for everyone. Works like a charm, almost every time…sometimes we aren’t able to make sure she gets a full dose, because we put it in her juice. Bottom Line: It’s been a real “Life Saver”.
