This is the closest thing to a "high" that you can get. Works effectively. Definitely more potent than regular CBD. One thing I did notice, compared to a regular full spectrum CBD oil, it does take a lot longer to feel the effects. And I warn you of this because after an hour I still didn't feel anything and took even more which got me a little too "high." Haha. Anyways, if you're taking this for depression or anxiety I recommend the gummies instead since the dosage is more consistent. They both take long to hit either way. And also if you have anxiety I do warn you on taking too much because personally that made me overthink more and feel more anxious. Overall, a very good product if taken responsibly. (:
