So…I read the back of the package…the next day. When I was finally able to. I missed my first day of work ever. Don’t take a whole gummy- you’ll feel it 14 hours later. 1/2 of one is a good 10 hours.. the bag says 1/4. In this instance, I would agree. 10/10 would recommend…but not on a school night. Holy shit I was toast.
