Both of my knees are swollen and extremely painful from osteoarthritis and bone spurs. I have major walking issues. I tried this cream since I needed to try anything other than synthetic drugs (which I refuse to take). Lo and Behold... this stuff brought me great relief! The pain is reduced significantly & to a tolerable level. I do have to apply it 3-4 times a day, and that's fine by me! I decided to order the 1500 today and give that more potent one a shot. This stuff is a lifesaver until I get new knees! I notice if I wake up with pain during the night, all I need to is apply a little bit to whatever joint is hurting, and I am back to sleep without the pain waking me up for many hours. What a relief.
