To begin, I love the Blackberry flavor! This product has worked the best for me of all the different things I've tried to sleep. It starts taking effect almost immediately, so I like to nibble at it to extend the pleasure of the taste, and to give me a little time to get to bed, otherwise I will fall asleep in my chair.
