This was sent to me as a replacement for another cart I ordered that was leaking. I messaged customer service and by thr next day they had a replacement ready to ship. I received my replacement within 3 or 4 days and haven't had any issues since(or before). Excellent customer service and I didn't have to call and wait 3 hours to speak to a person.
