1501mg - 2500mg

The 2500mg is the best. I can sleep comfortably at night when I use is. I also use it after I exercise and it helps a great deal . I used the 1500mg but this is much better. It has enabled me to cut back on the amount of Tylenol I need. Thank give it a 10! Thank you.

this product I haven't tried yet, I need to use the lower mg cream that I already have from Diamond, but if it works as well as the lower mg cream I'll love it!!!
