They work great, they've been helping me sleep. They haven't helped me much with the pain but I probably just need to order the stonger ones. Only thing i'm curious on is the back of the package says only take 1 up to ever 6 hours. Why? It's just Cbd, i feel like it may help to take more thay one from time to time.
