These gummies really are 'Ultra Strong'. I take one about an hour before I want to go to sleep, and it works like a charm. If I don't take any gummies, my pain will keep me up until after 2am, tossing and turning. But if I take just one of these gummies, then I'm out within an hour and stay asleep all night, and wake up without any of the grogginess often experienced with taking nighttime medications.
They do what they say. I take 1 about an hr before bed. No problem falling asleep, also only get up 1-2 times instead of 6-10. Will definitely buy again.
I would order more often if free shipping was a option.
